March 2021 Product Update

 

Welcome to the first Flow XO Feature Update of 2021!

This month we come packed with new features, including:

• New Channel Specific Messaging Tools for Telegram, Messenger and Web bots, providing code-free, user friendly access to the most popular features of these powerful messaging channels. You can now do things like send polls and quizzes in Telegram, edit messages, sell products using Telegram Pay, or design inline and standard keyboards using whatever layout you want in a code free way and much more. Or you can utilize the powerful Handover protocol or One Time Notification system in Facebook messenger. On the web you can now easily execute custom client side javascript or dynamically disable the text input field, change your theme color or navigate your users to a webinar automatically.
• Flow XO also now Accepts File Attachments in a Single Flow and supports More Attachment Types.

And we have new features in Private Beta Testing:

• WhatsApp via Twilio and Wati
• Flow XO Sandbox, where you can connect to most of our available channels instantly and test your own flows and bots on our sandbox accounts without having to go first through the steps to connect your own accounts. This is particularly useful if you would like to test your bots on WhatsApp while your registration is being processed. However it is not limited to WhatsApp and can be used with more channels.
• For teams with technical knowledge:
  • Telegram Inline Query Support
  • Message export via Webhooks
  • Custom HTTP Bot Integration
