Welcome to Flow XO’s 2021 second quarter Feature Update!

We would like to start by saying thank you to all the users who give us feedback everyday.

We started 2021 on a quest to understand better how FlowXO could add more value to our users and the response has been fantastic. Your feedback has enabled us to implement some changes, and there are more to come this year. Keep it coming!.

Now, without further ado:

1. Flow XO Academy: We have launched a new playlist in our YouTube channel with tutorials and how-to guides. It already has a number of videos, and we keep adding every month. Remember to subscribe to be notified when new videos are added, and comment with any requests you may have.

2. Flow XO Sandbox: With Flow XO Sandbox, you can test any flows designed for other channels such as Telegram, WhatsApp or Facebook without having to wait for their official credentials. Simply create a Sandbox from the new bots menu, or see this video for instructions.

3. WhatsApp: We are completing our Beta testing with WhatsApp, and will be enabling it to all users progressively. If you would like to use it, email us at support@flowxo.com. Find out more on this page and this video.

4. Web messenger customizable look and feel: You can now design how your web messenger bot should look and feel, including font and background colours but also background images; for example your logo ;-). Find the instructions here.
